My background includes 23 years of combined military service in the US Army and the US Air Force Reserve, 20 years as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Washington DC Police Department (17 years of which as a detective), and 19 years as a Financial Crimes Investigator, focusing on money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. I am a Commissioned Georgia Notary Public in accordance with the Code of Georgia - Title 45 - Chapter 17-Notaries Public (45-17-1 to 45-17-34), which can be found at https://www.gsccca.org/notary-and-apostilles/notaries/georgia-notary-law.

At KDCJ Mobile Notary, we understand that notarization needs can arise at any time, which is why we offer convenient notary solutions with after hours and weekend availability for your notary services in the Atlanta Metro Area (Counties-Henry, Clayton, Rockdale, Dekalb and Gwinnett).

Confirmed appointments will be followed by an invoice outlining the agreed-upon fees, which you will need to initial and return. To protect your information, the credit card transaction will be conducted verbally via your mobile phone instead of through email.
Notary signing and stamp per each signer: $2.00
Round Trip Mileage: 55 cents (the 2025 Government mileage rate is .70 cents), per total round trip mileage based on Google Maps routing. This fee is non-refundable if the Notary arrives at the signing location as scheduled. Additionally, the fee is also non-refundable if the signer(s) identification is invalid according to Georgia Notary Laws.
Notary Service for one signer: $48.00. The fee for each additional signer is $15.00 and is added to the $48.00. These fees are payable in advance and are refundable if the Notary is unable to arrive at the location due to unforeseen circumstances. The fee is non-refundable if the signer(s) identification is invalid.

Payments: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Visa / Master / American Express Debit/Credit Cards (Advanced Payments - Cash App/Zelle /Debit or Credit Cards)
During the normal course of notary business, KDCJ Mobile Notary Service will review your personal information, which includes your name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address and your credit card information, for the purpose of completing official notarization or notarial acts. KDCJ Mobile Notary Service will take reasonable measures per Georgia Notary Law, to keep your information private and confidential. KDCJ Mobile Notary Service is required to record the details of each notarization transaction and to retain the transaction records for a duration of four years.
KDCJ Mobile Notary Services’ transactions may be requested at any time by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority for accuracy and compliance. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
External service providers such as an online payment provider will only receive your data as necessary to complete payment for notarization. The service provider is responsible for the content of their services, and we take all reasonable steps to verify that the services are following legal requirements.
