During the normal course of notary business, KDCJ Mobile Notary Service will review your personal information, which includes your name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address and your credit card information, for the purpose of completing official notarization or notarial acts.

KDCJ Mobile Notary Service will take reasonable measures per Georgia Notary Laws, to keep your information private and confidential.

KDCJ Mobile Notary Service is required to record the details of each notarization transaction and to retain the transaction records for a duration of four years.

KDCJ Mobile Notary Services’ transactions may be requested at any time by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority for accuracy and compliance. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

External service providers such as an online payment provider will only receive your data as necessary to complete payment for notarization services. The service provider is responsible for the content of their services, and we take all reasonable steps to verify that the services are following legal requirements.
